Last year CU didn't really play us tough par se, we played them terrible and gave them a shot at winning that they didn't really deserve in the first place. This year I hope we can just clamp down and destroy them.

So...judging by the history of where the names come from, shouldn't the halfback be lined up in the fullback spot, and the fullback in the halfback spot? Otherwise the fullback is only "half" back.....correct?

Shouldn't this statement have ended this thread? Our school colors are scarlet and cream not red and white. Whats the big deal? And I don't think I've ever seen the words "cream", "creamy" or "creaming" used so much in one thread. it didnt end it because the helmets are NOT cream colored. they are clearly white, with the lighting making them look cream colored... The same way that the stripes are actually white but our eyes make them look yellow/cream colored. Fact is, other schools have white helmets that don't look cream under lights, but our helmets do under presumably the same lighting, so ours have a cream element to them.

Those aren't exactly Cowboy's Stadium are they?

I read on wikipedia that parking at that stadium costs a lot of money...anyone know any truth to this?

I was hoping for some more positive and thankful posts in this thread. I think we all take for granted how great we have it as Husker fans big time. Sure, our fans could be louder, our sound system could be better, whatever, we still get to play and watch games in one of the five best stadiums in the country.

There are a few songs by Red (a band I think you are probably familiar with) that would work well I think. Death of Me has a few really punchy parts that would work nicely with big hits, Overtake You is a high-intensity song all the way through, and Wasting Time is really punchy as well. Out of those three I think that Overtake You might be best for a highlight video but I'm not sure.

I loved Modern Warfare 1, but got annoyed at people turning into this epic mythological beast that was the greatest thing since sliced bread, and this time around it's only worse. Part of me feels it will be a big disappointment, but maybe I am just jealous because I have no cash to get it.

We should all be very thankful that we have been able to watch the last 26-27 games in one way or another, a lot of programs are not so fortunate.

For those who are upset that Suh's name was taken off the vote page, if you look around you will see that Nissan only keeps names of players that their committee feels have a legitimate chance of winning it on the voting page...when we lost to Texas Tech they took his name off the list which makes sense, that game ruined any chance he would have of winning it.

Yeah I am trying to figure out why we don't have more offensive players on the board....especially receivers?? I realize Kinnie/Cooper/Bell are all up and coming, but we don't exactly have depth and it is just going to get worse next year, possibly the same at runningback..
