I think if I have to read one more ‘Eeyore’ post from a certain poster on this board I’m going to explode! Good grief! For those if you unfamiliar with Eeyore he is a character in the Winnie-the-Pooh books by A. A. Milne. He is generally characterized as a pessimistic, gloomy, depressed, anhedonic, old grey stuffed donkey. Enough of the gloom and doom! I don’t care is we are a 10 point underdog, we need to support our team! We beat Rutgers-Purdue didn’t! GO BIG RED!!!!

  Some people are a "glass never full" personality. I fail to understand it but some can only be happy when they are miserable and do their best to make everyone around then equally miserable. My former daughter in law was that way.

  It just gets old. You can share the same information without all of the hand wringing and drama. Blah! It would be different if we had lost to Rutgers but we beat them! Purdue didn't. It's always a challenge when you play on the road but I really do think if we play a clean game we will win.
