totally shocked today, was in Neb City and pulled into caseys gas station to fill up and proceeded to do so. After filling up i then went inside and was informed that the lady that had just left paid for my gas. It was only $40 but that was a great thing to do even though it would have been no problem to pay for it myself. I will now do the same for someone soon.

to clarify an earlier post, i currently have content playing on my BTN extra channels but all of a sudden yesterday the regular BTN channel 24 on TWC says that i need to order the channel and i have had the channel for over a year!

You gotta call TWC and SPECIFICALLY ask to speak to a person from Lincoln. I've dealt with these guys for the past three days over this and I finally got it resolved today. Keep at them, and don't let them tell you "they're working on it" because that's a BS line to get you off the phone. They need to reboot your DVR, then refresh channel 24.

thanks knapp. that is EXACTLY what they did and then i complained that the service had been down and i ended up getting HBO free for a year (had that before) and they also gave me a $50 credit on my account. mostly because i said i could switch to dish network just as easily and get the same things and then some!

wth. i have the btn extra games channels but for some reason the actual BTN channel says i need to order the channel? never had that problem before and have had the channel for over a year. cornfused.

B-rent, are you using TWC in Lincoln? If so, remember that they're using their own proprietary software on the TV Guide thing here in Lincoln. I've called customer service three times about the game not being listed and they have NO IDEA what I'm talking about. It's almost as if they have no clue that Husker football is a big deal to a huge section of their customer base. Idiots.
