My only question to this, is how do we quantify PED use? along with any other athlete?

In my experience (not use of PED's or else you would know who I am) shouldn't that person be banned for life?

That person changed their body exponentially in some cases, depending how they used such accelerates.

Although this person didn't necessarily do such a thing, does that dismiss the fact that he could have?

How do we quantify things like this?

FYI. Hate Brady. Hate the Patriots. Don't dislike Edeleman, just curious. 

Where is the line drawn? Once PED's are used doesn't that expand the ability for every user exponentially?

I bet you'd be shocked at just how many athletes use PEDs and don't get caught. We don't even know what he took.

That is a greater point. How many athletes could glide on this?

I wouldn't be shocked because I understood the greater athletic influence.

I am not opposed to that if that is what it takes.

What does it take for that matter? Quantifiable and so forth?

Shock me, please, because I am already deeply skeptical....
