For everyone saying it was a bad call the rule states it has to be shown the ball doesnt move while it touches the ground and the receiver is in possession. It clearly did. By rule the call was completely correct.
Officials told the coaches that Dez lunging for the end zone isn't a football move, because "it's not a move common to the game."
That just makes that call even more iffy. Three steps, lunge for the end zone (football move) .. to me, it makes the ball contacting the ground irrelevant.
If those were two football moves (intentional steps) towards the endzone, I'm a monkey's uncle. More like trip, stumble, fall, don't maintain possession. At least that's what I saw.
