    Gonna grill a spatchcocked chicken tonight. If it looks good I'll post results in the food forum. If it doesn't turn out well, we'll forget I ever mentioned it.

      The trick is.... don’t cook it low and slow. Cool it at like 450 for perfect cook.

      I don’t know how many of you live near a Sur Le Table ship but we have one here in Omaha that offers various cooking and cooking technique classes. My daughter took me to the one we have here in Omaha and it was amazing. The chef was a veteran chef who had cooked all over the world.  We cooked (and ate!) three different dishes. 

      Anyway, it was great fun and I plan to go back to learn how to use my chef’s knife better. 

      Knappic you would love it!
