I don’t have a problem with him leaving Cdog, I have a problem of how he went about it. NO SHOW to practice, no communications with HCSF. I highly doubt SF or our coaching staff, treated him in such a manner, as he was learning the system. I think he is making a mistake by leaving, but his call. Just grow a pair if you are going to make such decisions, and are wanting the respect of the other players, you are supposed to lead some day!

I begrudge this situation because it’s just not how you build/contribute to a team. If nobody wants to be a backup, 2nd string, how the hell are you supposed to field a team. If you want the starting job, be better, earn it, take it.

I say this knowing full well he is free to do whatever he thinks is best for him. I don’t have to like it even though I know it’s probably his best chance at more play time and maybe making it to the next level. Why can’t we ever seem to have a viable 2nd QB? He was one injury away from being the guy and that isn’t good enough...? Buhbye.

JJ, I get what you are saying here. The words “we or us” is not readily thought about nowadays. I am not excited about this latest news, but tomorrow is stlll in the forecast. I am just dissapointed in his delivery of the message. Oh wait, there was none!

We should do the reverse of what we are doing, which would be, don’t let there be a slightest ripple in the water, by his decision and carry on!
