    Mililani is huge now.. they won the state title beating punahou (in the battle of high school recruiting)... its a pretty shady business it seems down here.... punahou used to be a rich white kids school speckled with asian nerds... football team used to suck.... now they have heavily recruited local poly kids for football with scholarships.... they own many apartments close by that the kids stay at as many live very far away... not to be outdone mililani and coach rod york has poched several kids from local high schools to create his own super team.... now the OIA (league for public schools) has created a rule that kids who transfer have to sit out a year... not sure where this kid is from.. but id be willing to bet his is not from mililani... personally its great to offer these local boys but I'm pretty sure none will ever make it to nebraska....

    being this first recruiting cycle with MR.. i don't know what to expect or how they do things... thus going back to wondering if today will be the day we finally get another commit..... with Bo i got to know what to expect..... heres to hoping we get a great class and keep the instate talent

    i haven't really read this thread... but have been watching on BTN... but to me the game seems pretty ho hum... to be it seems like not a lot of energy... just from my perspective.... I'm sure everyone is stoked to be playing but i don't get that crazy pumped up vibe

    hope that j bird was worth it... weed is great but no weed is as great as all potential money you could stand to lose because of this... just burn later after you get drafted!!! or snort some lines it only stays in your system a few days....

    one of the best experiences of my life was when i got to use an electric blanket in oregon during the winter... even though i could have potentially caught on fire it was well worth it..... is PV popular in Nebraska? it was huge here until the energy company realized they was losing to much $$ and its kinda fallen back to earth....

    advice: my best player who is a senior and has been playing since frosh year says she might quit cuz she don't have 'passion' anymore. she is my BEST player. how can i be selfish and convince her to stay.. funk I'm so stressed!

      We had a girl on our team who quit with the excuse that she didn't have "passion" for it any longer but the real reason was she didn't like the coach and couldn't put up with him any longer. Problem not the same in your case but just sayin...

      I had a couple buddies quit the baseball program prior to junior year. Really hurt us as seniors and as years go on, those two regret it, but don't like talking about it. There's a responsibility to your teammates that have been there with you throughout the years.
