      @ZRodI could see them embellishing a bit if he said something similar, but do I think it's nuts the living embodiment of NU football could've called his former QB and tried to sway him to come back to Lincoln? Not at all.

      Except that's not like him at all. He probably wouldn't call Scott and even bring that up unless Scott did. He would never tell him what to do either, only offer advice. It would be completely out of character for the man to anything else.
