    If an ambulance, on its way to save someone, runs over some guy, should it stop to pick the guy up? And then would it go on to get the first person too? I wonder about these things.

      Except you don't need exact change. Just a good insurance policy.

      true- better carry your Aflac supplemental ambulance policy on your forehead. If you did, the driver would probably toss the first guy out, and not with the gurney.
