A couple of dollar bills will work in a pinch.  And I suppose if you're really a tightwad you could wash them off and spend them.  lol  

Well, technically, you aren’t supposed to flush Kleenex. They aren’t biodegradable like TP. But I wouldn’t think occasionally would hurt much. I’ve seen people buying tri-fold commercial paper towels and rolls of the blue shop towels in last couple of days. Napkins were the first to go when the TP was gone.

I’ll give it about a week or two until the sewer department starts seeing the adverse consequences.
