      I was not going to make them complete a choreographed routine to the music...Just something to have on in the background

      We play music at practice a handful of times. In fact, we had a "rough" practice tonight, so tomorrow, I am blasting music during warm ups and group defense to get some excitement. I think it is a great way to get change of pace once in awhile.
