I use it still and I think when you use it as it was fundamentally designed, it is really handy. Not for those close connections but for the connections that are still a bit distant. I think it's sad when people insinuate you must not have a life if you use it. In that vein, The same argument could be made about a bunch of dudes on a Husker forum all the time. Pot meet kettle.

I have a Facebook but hardly use it. Mostly just to keep in touch with some family that is further away, or to update folks on life as it goes sometimes. I have no tweeter.
