      Buyouts are not the responsibility of the school, but ultimately the coach. Generally the school covers the cost though. McElwain is covering about $2mil of his $7.5mil buyout from his own pocket.

      That and he will make more per year from Florida. And those kind of buyouts are often not payed in a lump sum.
