I think it was the correct ruling but I also wouldn't celebrate the fact that it is acceptable to trademark names that offend large segments of our population.

Now to get back to offending people.... I wonder if that band has covered The Vapors tune I Think I'm Turning Japanese?

Agree, ED. I think the Redskins should have changed their name long ago, but it's quite unclear that "this is an unconstitutional trademark" is the right way to accomplish that.
