I know poker is not as big as it was about 10 years ago...but do any of you have a bad beat (or great win) story?

Handful of months ago we were playing pretty regularly, like 2-3 nights a week my buddy was. He had gotten good enough to the point his poker friends were being referred to as "the marks". Mind you this guy learned poker from me and a couple other friends of mine. Now the dude has his own posse of marks and a legit Vig sheet they are all on, some pretty deep.
Anyways, I'm hosting a game and he's got a good stack while mines about half his size. Game is hold em, pocket aces are thrown to me. I'm always half tempted to fold them since they almost NEVER win by the river card but I never do cuz, aces.
(His cards may have been a touch different, can't exactly remember but the rest is accurate)
Naturally he starts pushing chips, couple guys fall out. I "reluctantly" call. Board flops. Ace, Jack, Ace. It's over, he just doesn't know it. He immediately starts pushing stacks. Everyone else bows out. I slow play it, really battling the decision to call as he smirks. I call and the turn doesn't matter, he likes it even more and pushes again. More of my mental anguish deciding to call or not. He laughs thinking I'm dead in the water. I know he has a solid 2 pair at least, probably a Jack and he's chasing a Full House. I call. River drops, it's another Jack and he gets his boat as evidenced by more than half his remaining chips he pushed in to cover everything I have. I immediately call and flip over my Quads. His eyes go from elated to stunned realizing he just got played. He couldn't even do anything but say ".......well played". Great moment.
