Genesis Health Club will freeze your account for 3 months but I think you have to contact them and tell them to do it. DirectTV is also slashing prices right now.

Had to reply when I saw DirecTV. My experience was the exact opposite. Have been a long time customer and my bill was getting too high. My call to them was more about that than trying to get a break due to COVID-19. Usually I could get them to reduce the bill but they were not budging whatsoever. I was very surprised. It’s not like I asked them for a break every time my bill went up but this was the highest it has ever been. They lost me as I ended up bundling with Cox for less than what they were charging me for TV alone. Maybe you are talking about new customer offers because it was the worst I ever dealt with them as existing customer. I could sense they were fearful of losing customers who could not pay during this crisis so didn’t want to give paying customer any break.
