Why would the cleanup be a pain?  It's just cast iron.  Like, the only rule is *don't* clean it.

At least for breakfast it's vastly more convenient than cooking on the stove.  I can can do the bacon, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes all on the same surface and in about the same amount of time as it would take me just to round up all the pans to do it on the stove.

Plus you avoid all that cleanup entirely.   Wiping the cast iron with a paper towel is the entire cleanup.

Set up is literally just turning on propane burners.  Take less than 5 seconds.  Unless it's just a little table top one it will have a hood , and you can get a grill cover if you're worried about it getting dirty.

I'd rather do wings in the air fryer.  In fact, it's really the only thing I use the air fryer for.
