      To me...BB became a mix of the A-team and MaCgyver.  I still liked it, I really did but it just got sort of goofy.

    No clue on what you are looking for but here goes. O Street: Sandy's (get Elk Creek) Barry's, get on the rooftop and enjoy the view (and the views), 5 dollars to get in Embassy Hotel, in back they have a big party with a band Haymarket (Railyard) HUGE outdoor TV and you can carry your drinks around outside. Other bars that are fun on O street or close by: Brothers, Cliffs and The Bar. On gameday most bars will open at 9am...Barry's might be open at 8. There are so many people that go to the games that all the bars will have a huge mix of people and ages.

      Troy is 1-1 on the season. Losing to Boise St badly and winning big over Fla A & M.  They have a habit of making life miserable for P5 teams.  We are 1 injury away from starting another true freshman at QB who has only been practicing for 5 weeks.  Their QB is completing 65% of his passes.

    Yeah, I totally agree about the second half. It was like they kept expecting something bad to happen. They had the game won about 3 times but just couldn't close it out.

    Everyone does...for fans that never go to road games they don't care and I get it...but for fans that like to make a road trip once a season it sucks.

    Very relevant. Being relevant, in my mind, is not about the wins and losses, it is about what the other fan base thinks of when they are playing "your" team. Students at KU, KSU, CU, ISU were from around Lincoln (or Nebraska) there is that built in love/hate relevancy.

    Very true. Us fans can say what we want but most of the Big Ten schools don't give a rats ass about playing NU...Wisconsin might and Iowa does...but that is it really. We are going to the Michigan game this year and I am not buying tickets yet because I know we will snag some for 40 dollars (I am even thinking 20 dollars). It isn't a big game to them, just like NU isn't a big game to anyone in the Big Ten expect Iowa and we, the fans, don't want to embrace that one at all. We were cool when we first entered the conference but not anymore. Students at OSU, MU, MSU, PSU, Wisconsin, PU, NW you name it...they are not sitting around in their dorms, houses and frats saying "Oh sweet, it is finally Nebraska week!"

    I did Breaking Bad in 10 days (I think)...Maybe it was 13...it was over the summer. I liked it but it got a little stupid.

    I can't remember the last time where a game line was close and I thought it would not end well for the Skers...but this is that time. I don't see NU winning this one. I did at the start of the year but that rain out will have some lasting impact on NU.

    Oh man, they must have mentioned how fast they were about 75% of the time in that thread. They are apparently the fastest team in the nation.

    Man, that was awesome! I love when they rip on how there is nothing to do in Nebraska...like those dorks are on the slopes 24/7 and on the hiking trails 24/7.
