Agree with breaking bad and deadwood.  Game of thrones is right up there too.  Very excited for season 2 of westworld.   1st season was hard to get into but once I got about 3 or 4 episodes in it really took off.  

24 was incredible for about four seasons. It got a bit leaky around season 5, but the rest of the seasons were just too far off the rails for me to enjoy fully. 

I know they abruptly ended Deadwood, which was almost enough for me to not even watch it, but is there any kind of closure at the end of season 3?

Game of Thrones is  a good show, but man, I'm nowhere near as into as most people. I'm not sure it'd even crack my top 10.....
