@The Dude I don't think we are complaining, just questioning why this movie is being made and released (obviously to make $) when the documentary on Fred Rogers and his show was so outstanding and has only been out for a year or so. Xmas and I both said we enjoy Tom Hanks, and the trailer made the movie look good. Maybe I just prefer documentaries or books over sensationalized Hollywood bio-pics.
Take Moneyball and The Blind Side. Both were very good adaptations of the books (both written by Michael Lewis), but I preferred reading the books over watching the movies, although I may have to re-watch Moneyball.
