Fitbit is actually kind of inaccurate. The Nike Fuelband and Jawbone Up24 are both more accurate. The Fuelband has a lot of competitive features, while the Up24 has a lot of added sleep tracking features. Though, Fitbit is coming out with a new tracker that looks to be quite the step up.

I'd also recommend taking a look at Atlas Wearables. It's an Indigogo startup, so there's not much to base quality on right now (it's still pre-release) but early reviews are good and it's features are a game changer, especially if you're into weightlifting. https://www.atlaswearables.com/
