  1. Sam was a lot, lot better when he was in GI or writing for his own blog.
  2. It'll be someone from the World Herald; if not Sam, then probably one of their young guys, trying to make a name for themselves.
  3. Now that he's back, I'd pay a large sum of money for an Omega/Daniel Bryan match.
  4. https://www.si.com/more-sports/2018/03/29/twitter-internet-trolls-sports-athletes Good lord, some people are ****. Especially the guy who tweeted at Todd Heap.
  5. Now that football and basketball have been dealt with, maybe Moos will begin to move on the baseball team.
  6. Depends on if his top two players come back.
  7. JPJ and Copeland declare for the draft; won't hire agents.

Oh totally...but the thing is in some markets the basketball players are basically freak show gods and a lot of the seasons are short so they can come back to the US and run some camps and get paid here too.

Good players can earn up to $100,000 a year in Europe. D-league contracts usually hover around the $20,000 range. College players earn ???

I wouldn't fault them for leaving, is what I'm trying to say.

My son's basketball coach this past season played in Europe for around 10 years.  I guess he was a decent player at CSU, and then make a good living bouncing around Europe.  Now, he's in his mid 30s, back in the U.S. and is a realtor.

  8. Or Ganz a year later, if we're being honest.
  9. Just from initial watch of his film, doesn't look like he has a ton of arm strength. Good runner, though.
  10. Yea, he's probably done in terms of impact, unless injuries start taking their toll.
  11. Was transferring the best decision for her? Sure; she's at a better program and in the Final Four. Would she have been alright on this year's team? Probably; they were a tournament team without her. Was transferring mutually beneficial for all parties involved? Probably so. Can I only write posts with questions in them? We'll see? #PerdHaply
  12. Highly doubt that Musselman or Martin would leave their current gigs to come to a worse situation. Altman would be hilarious, and is not-so-secretly what I am hoping for.
  13. K-State mucks games up; they did the same thing against UMBC.
  14. I'm hoping it's Hugh Jackman, and Wade goes around calling him Wolvie all the time.
  15. Yep; just rewatched it. I had forgotten all about Nunn's fumble.
  16. Add one more to my list: Nunn's fumble against '06 Texas. That was a magical game, and the fact that McCoy drove right down and beat us after the Lucky-to-Swift TD was heartbreaking.
  17. These anywhere near true enough to take to the Rumor forum? Do we need to ready the Sock Signal?
  18. Not necessarily true; you're talking about 2-Man, and this looks like a straight Cover 2. The underneath defenders all bump their first reads, but then pass them off to other zones; the CB at the top bumps and has flat responsibility (watch as he hands the WR off to cover the RB coming out of the backfield). That might be West's initial mistake; he seems to be misaligned at the beginning of the play and is too deep to bump his man, giving the WR a free release down the sideline into O'Hanlon's zone.
  19. I probably shouldn't throw him completely under the bus for that one play; he did a yeoman's share of work to seal the OU game that year.
  20. For Making Chimichangas: Deadpool 2 trailer!
