Seeing the Nebraska players protest, and the governor's reaction along with the intense media coverage has made me realize one important thing: the America that I once knew is dead. The new America is one where race dominates the conversation everyday, and there's nothing we can do about it.

After being called disgraceful by Ricketts, Rose-Ivey tweeted at him and asked when he's free to set up a meeting. I'm itching to see if he responds.

Anyone else hit up Omaha sports bars for a Husker game this year? I did Tanners for the first game and it was kind of dead. Had a buddy that went there for the Oregon game and said he was surprised how dead it was.
