Anybody have a tankless water heater? Thoughts/opinions on getting one?
Our electric tank heater seems to be on it's last leg. There's barely enough water for a hot shower, and when I tried to flush it last night water would barely run out of the valve, but I turned the cold water valve on and sediment shot out before it plugged up again. At this point it's probably just as easy to replace as to fix.

@Mavric I don't think I have a choice on energy source. I own a 1st level condo and the current water heater is electric so I won't be punching new holes for exhaust (but the furnace next to it is gas... As I do upgrades and repairs I'm finding that the builders did weird stuff).
I did see that you typically need 4 double pole breakers and I only have two on the current setup, with no extras available on the box.
