Anybody heard anything about Joe Burrow possibly joining team? Seems may be looking to transfer depending on how tOSU spring goes. Also, sounds like he may graduate soon, so that would play into being able to transfer without having to sit out. Some smoke out there from things I'm hearing.

@knapplc Look what I wrote, 4 of those 3 stars went on to play in the NFL. Development of players in this class and future classes, which I am sure Frost will put together fine classes in the future, will win games at Nebraska. As @teachercd wrote, I don't think anyone is ripping on Frost or Nebraska. I am not really sure why the OP compared Nebraska to Ohio State. Only Penn State is close to Ohio State in the Big Ten in recruiting this year. Nebraska is recruiting at the level of Michigan State, Michigan, and Maryland this year. That isn't bad for a first year coach.

It is reported that Kerry Coombs, one of OSU's better recruiters, is leaving for the Tennessee Titans today. Tough loss for the Buckeyes.
@KnappIc Just for fun, Urbans first class at OSU: 2-5*, 14-4*, 6-3* . 4 of those 3* guys went on to play in the NFL.

That sucks for their fans. I rather have big non-conference home and home than neutral site games. Whatever works for them.
@HuskerNBigD, They have Louisville as their big non-conference game next year at a neutral site. The year after that they have Duke as their big neutral site non-conference game. DUKE!

UCF very well could of been one of the 4 best teams, but with that resume they didn't belong in a 4 team playoff. Not even sure how that part is debatable.

Why not? Lots of other schools claim disputed national championships. UCF shouldn't be any different.

@Comfortably Numb there are 252 D3 teams with a 32 team playoff. D2 has 169 team with 28 playoff spots. FCS has 124 teams with 24 playoff spots. D1 FBS has 130 teams. An 8 team playoff with conference championship play in game the week before solves the problem.

The whole thing is garbage anyways. Every game doesn't matter since they exclude a majority of the teams from even winning a NC. None of the other sports do this at the D1 level. I honestly don't know why they keep the current system and keep on defending it. Is there that much less money in an expanded playoff if you take away one regular season game?

Thanks for very little BTN. The lead stories on the BTN home page are a review of Gopher football and 3 points by basketball announcer Jon Crispin. Only one brief interview with Kenzie Maloney about volleyball at the bottom of the page. Just wondering if it was OSU and Michigan in the finals would it have made your front page. Your bias for the Big 2 and the little twelve is noted. There are some brief stories in the volleyball section.
