Hypothetically speaking, if someone keyed your vehicle all the way around, you know who did it, and your decuctible is $500 to repaint, how long would you wait to slash their tires and bash out their windows?

Have the police go talk to them and explain to him that your underaged sister is scared.. If they so much as go near her, they can have harrassment charges dropped on them. Make sure the cops know that they are on there radar.. then, wait on your front porch with a baseball bat.. when they show up for more, you bash their heads in and claim self defense which wont be hard to prove. Dont stoop to their level
