If Bienemy doesn't get a head job, remember Twitter after that 4th down call. No mention of Bienemy, because everyone knows Reid (and Mahomes) is what makes that offense go. Bienemy is OC by title only. I'm sure NFL owners are well aware of that as well.

I don’t have leanings either way regarding black coaches being hired in the NFL, and I think owners should hire the best candidate. However, the hiring trends among minority coaches in the NFL aren’t the best. Here’s more commentary on the issue.

@B.B. HemingwayI didn’t necessarily say Bienemy is arrogant, and I really don’t know what he’s like now. I just know that he didn’t leave CU on good terms. As far as the NFL, I’d be willing to bet that white billionaires aren’t exactly looking for “an angry black man” as a face of their franchise.

Bienemy rubbed people the wrong way when he was OC at Colorado years ago. I would hope that he would have learned from that experience but I can see how his demeanor and attitude can run people the wrong way. Also, I hate to bring up this aspect, but that demeanor isn’t always as “accepted” by a black coach.

@ColoradoHusk Finished listening to that podcast. That was a lot of fun. One thing I'm surprised they didn't talk about was the son of the guy who played Alvin Mack starts on the O-line for Ohio State.

I know everyone is upset with the decision by BA to cancel their game with us. Still, seeing the outbreak in Illinois now occuring I also think most of us are somewhat relieved that our boys won't be needlessly exposed.
Time to move on... Time to be thankful that are young men are safe... Time to focus on Northwestern and hopefully release some builtup frustrations. GBR!!! -

Hear me out on this. Unless the new WRs are THAT bad at blocking why are you putting Liewer, Kade, and Falck out there? It’s obvious that they are short term plugs. I would rather suffer short term and throw Betts, Flemming, Brown, or Hickman to the wolves and let them play. I predict by the end of the year this is what happens.

So, PBA will be open, no charge, during Husker games. They will be selling booze? The comments on Twitter were not all that thrilled about having a bunch of people in the PBA drinking and spreading germs. Why not just open up Memorial stadium and play the game on the video boards?

@Enhance the way Eddie looked about 10 years ago, I am actually surprised that he lasted to 65. It's far too young, but with his tongue cancer and lifestyle of cigs, booze, and other drugs, it's a miracle he lasted to 65.
