I know it wasnt in Lincoln but the coldest game I've ever sat through so far was the big 12 ship in Arrowhead against OU in '05 I think. It was in the teens all day and they just had snow the day before I believe. It made it worse having to listen to the OU band every ten seconds though!

These next two weeks would be the perfect time for him to rest up. I could see us needing him against Wisc's massive O-line and Montee Ball in Indianapolis Possibly. I think the D we have should have no problem with Wisky's O-line. We manhandled them in the second half last time. I am more concerned with having Curt Phillips as their QB, than I am with Ball lol. Curt Phillips, who has game time experience, and performed very well last week, is their main starter. He is also a mobile QB, who can throw pretty well. I am not sure what anything that I said had to do with Wilson, or Stave, let alone anything in that nature. I think Curt Phillips is, and has been the best QB they have had all year. The only reason he was never starting, was because of his 3 ACL tears. Reason I said I was more concerned about Phillips, is because we don't do well with good QB's, like we do against good RB's. I am going to disagree with that last sentence. We have more than held our own over the last few years against qbs who were supposedly really good.

He really is that fast I believe... I don't think he would go through the trouble to add just a half a step to everyone on film just because he would still be the same compared to the other people on his film. To me that just doesn't make any sense

I'm in the same boat as you. I haven't really ever paid much attention to the announcers or even care about what they have to say anyways. My dad usually has the volume turned down on the tv so he can hear the radio with Matt Davison. The only time I have ever disliked an announcer was Cunningham. The guy is a joke of an announcer.

Just take a look at any modern stadium and you'll see two things, the suites are always lower in the stadium with seating on top, and the top of the stadium is pretty high. I really don't get the constant concern with the height of these seats. They aren't going to be any higher than any of the new pro stadiums out there. Ticket holders in the upper deck of the east stadium will be freezing their azzzzzzzes off when it is 40 degrees and a 20-30 mph NW wind. And, if it snows or rains............................? That's perfect football weather.... Whatchu talkin bout Willis?

I will respectfully disagree about the qb draws. For awhile it seemed as if that was the only play we could run and it was getting us 8-12 yds per play.

This goes right along with everything I have seen. He lives about 2 hours from Lincoln and it isn't a bad drive so his family doesn't have to travel far to see him play.

I did take off my unlucky shirt and threw on my black pullover. In my defense i didnt really think it was unlucky until i realized it was the same shirt i wore the saturday of the ucla game and then we had a pretty lackluster start for the wiscy game. I was finally able to put 2 and 2 together though. This happened right around the middle of the second quarter... Is it a coincidence? I think not.

He could not be because his team is out of contention for a BCS bowl He could not be because his great runs are canceled out by a poor passer rating Both of those statements are incorrect for this season. We can still get to a bcs bowl and his passer rating is still pretty darn good.

I disagree. People won't publicly say it but it is still in the back of most peoples minds. The combination of last season and now the start of this season is just too much. I've had enough of the Bo Pelini experiement. Even when we had Suh, we still had the bend but don't break defense which I was never a fan of. The good offenses always had sucess against us (except a couple games). You just lost all credibility with that.

If it's worth anything Jordan Burroughs said we are going to be awesome and T-Magic will be a heisman candidate for sure! He won an Olympic gold medal so I feel as if I have to believe him.

I like reading that papuchis installed a 3-4. I had a feeling we might do it and I know it won't be permanent, but I definitely think it is something we are capable of doing personnel wise. Our base I'm guessing is still the same but it never hurts to throw something new at a team and any time we can get more speed on the field defensively I think it makes us a much more aggressive and dangerous team.

See this kid around a lot and every time he keeps getting bigger. Saw him yesterday and it almost seems as if he is trying to add a lot more weight to move to the interior of the dline. Not exactly sure why or if he even is, but he doesn't look like the same kid in that picture above anymore.
