2) What/who led you to The Nation? Parents both born and raised in the Panhandle...and UNL Alum 1999.

4) Where do you live now? Seal Beach, CA

 

5) Favorite Husker memory? Home games as a UNL student.

 

6) Worst Husker memory? ASU shutout...ughhhh

 

7) Number of home games attended? Hmmm? A bunch?

 

8) Number of away games attended? 5

 

9) Favorite Husker memorabilia/apparel? Husker Helmet that goes on top of the TV on game days at home.

 

10) Favorite place to watch a Husker game? (section in Memorial, bar, friends house etc.) At a Nebraska watchsite, but at home with other Husker fans is fun, too. And of course Memorial Stadium is the preference.

 

11) Favorite all time player? Frazier...but, Suh has also stolen my heart.

1) How long have you been a member of Husker Nation?

If by this question you mean "How long have you been a fan?" then the answer is "always" I guess. Started following more closely in 1998 when I went off to college myself. Attended UNL from 1999-2003.

 

2) What/who led you to The Nation?

Being born into it, I guess.

 

3) Where are you from originally?

Omaha, NE born and raised.

 

4) Where do you live now?

Des Moines, IA.

 

5) Favorite Husker memory?

2002 Texas game, prior to Lord's final INT.

 

6) Worst Husker memory?

2002 Texas game after Lord's final INT.

 

7) Number of home games attended?

Maybe 20 or so. Was a member of the UNL marching band in 1999.

 

8) Number of away games attended?

Just one, Missouri 1999. Also the 1999 Big 12 Championship and the 1999 Fiesta Bowl.

 

9) Favorite Husker memorabilia/apparel?

Always wear my jersey on gameday. My red #20 for home games, my white #90 for away games.

 

10) Favorite place to watch a Husker game? (section in Memorial, bar, friends house etc.)

Aside from when I'm actually at the stadium, you can find me at the Chicken Coop in West Des Moines.

 

11) Favorite all time player?

Hard to say. 3 way tie between Demorrio Williams, Cory Ross, and Zac Taylor.

No need to label it. Just run what works, and what you have the talent for. If you've got WCO talent, run that. Yards are yards are yards. Take them however you can get them. No system is perfect, and every system needs the right personnel.

Depends on the day, and the gametime. Not particularly picky. Boulevard Wheat, Iced Tea... it all depends on what i'm in the mood for.

Got really sick and tired of the sensationalistic posts that permeate that board, and the snark-filled posts that try to twist everything you say into some kind of personal vouch for Bill Callahan or Steve Pedersen.

2) What/who led you to The Nation? Dad moved from Kansas (KSU Alum) to Nebraska before I was born.

 

3) Where are you from originally? Fairbury, Nebraska - Mostly Alliance until age 10

5) Favorite Husker memory? Walking into a wide open Memorial Stadium with my 2 year old son (now 13) and playing football with him on the field.

 

6) Worst Husker memory? Worst and First - Losing '84 Orange Bowl

8) Number of away games attended? 1+ - Went to Manhattan a few years ago with my Dad and my son. Headed to '09 Holiday Bowl.

10) Favorite place to watch a Husker game? Home, Uncle Bear's in SE Mesa when they are on PPV in AZ.

Ashburn, VA. I am a UVA student in Charlottesville, VA, although my family is originally from South Omaha.

Seeing the Black 41 Flash Reverse Pass against Oklahoma.
