Blackshirtsguru
Commited To Oregon Not a real shocker the way the Quacks have been nabbing recruits lately. Quote Link to comment
huskerguy
Committed to Oregon Source Oh well he would have been a good guy to get, but 2 RBs wasn't really a must have in this class... I'm sure we lost him because of the opportunity of playing time early, which the new staff won't promise at all. Quote Link to comment
jkstlrnu1
Im sure im with everyone else in saying good luck to LaMichael & the 75 different uniforms he'll get to wear in the next 4 yrs. Its probably a good thing because there isnt a great need at RB this year anyway. Still dont know whats going on in Oregeon cause correct me if I'm wrong, but didnt they get 2 other hi profile RB recruits this year? We'll take our chances with Okafor, Lucky, Castille, Mendoza & Helu. Quote Link to comment

Why are they getting so many top recruits we were going after? I guess a waterfall in the lobby and each player has a flat screen TV is more important than playing for one of the prestigous college football teams ever.....don't make sense. Street Novelist
Since we landed Okafor, it shouldn't be that big of deal. Quote Link to comment
chamrocck
Not surprised here. My guess is both Okafor and James knew last weekend where they were going to commit to. I wanted Okafor more. James likely wanted to play in the spread at Oregon fitting his style. We have Mendoza who seems similar to me as James. I like Okafor to be a strong RB by his Jr and Sr years here. Okafor is a key recruit in this class. Quote Link to comment

The facilities are unbelievable. They are on par or better than the top NFL facilities. Yes, they are THAT good. Sucks for us, great for them. A Nebraska fan has to become CEO of one of these sportswear companies so we can reap the benefits like they have. Quote Link to comment
MadcatNU
Makes you wonder why Oregon isn't more consistently in the top 10 like USC. If it's not the recruiting and not the facilities, that only leaves the coaches to be dragging it down. Quote Link to comment
