husker249
Marlon is my boy, but i am going with Ganz. The guy threw 15 td's in 3 games and averaged over 400 yards passing in all. Those are playstation stats!! Not to mention he can make plays with his feet. I cant seem to get that 28 yd td run on colorado out of my head.lol Quote Link to comment
ironmike
I've got to go with Marlon...he is going to be huge this year. Quote Link to comment
SkerMin8r
Yeah...it's gotta' be Marlon... Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
I expect a huge year out of Lucky! The O-Line will be better and he should start making some holes of his own. No more getting tackled by the gremlins under the hash mark. Quote Link to comment
DJR313
Lucky, without a doubt. Ganz may have thrown 15 td's, he also had 7 or 8 int's in 3 games. Quote Link to comment
hack
of course, the kid was also trying to ram as many points on the board has he could just to cover for the blackshirts. hopefully, next season that won't be as much of a problem. Quote Link to comment
Cy the Cyclone
I'm putting my money on that "Other" guy. He played like a house on fire over the last couple of weeks. I also plan on voting for him for president.... Quote Link to comment

He knows there is plenty of people behind him that wnat his job & I think this staff will bring out the best in Lucky Quote Link to comment
Huskerballz
I think we're gonna be pleasantly surprised with the development of the Oline, they're gonna be downright nasty and I think they'll be the offensive MVPs throughout the season. Quote Link to comment
skersOVRsc
Hopefully it will be Slauson, followed closely by the other four guys next to him. Quote Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
I figured Ganz would win hands down...really surprises me to see that everyone thinks Lucky is the man this year. Quote Link to comment
huskerswrkhavoc
Lucky, without a doubt. Ganz may have thrown 15 td's, he also had 7 or 8 int's in 3 games. i voted lucky also... but when you're playing from THAT far down you are bound to have int's.. its just nature.. so not all of those are his fault.. however, the TDS are a little inflated for that reason, but i would believe that number before the int one Quote Link to comment

I think 4 or 5 were by a safety or a linebacker sitting in a zone and caught the pass because Ganz overthrew the receiver. I take for example the beginning of the second half of the CU game. Ganz throws 2 picks in 2 passes because of overthrows. Nebraska was up at this point. The KU game was just a debacle that I care to not ever speak of again. Ganz' play against KSU was phenomenal, as well as his first half against CU. However, Lucky was a steady performer all year and got stronger at the end of the season. I would be very surprised if he had less 1600-2000 total yards next year, even splitting carries with Glenn, Castille, Helu, Wilson and maybe even Mendoza. Speaking of which, there is another crowded house backfield. Watson needs to get creative to get them on the field as much as possible. Quote Link to comment

Like Swinging Lucky out in the slot, definatly creates a mismatch. Quote Link to comment
