On his status:

"He's currently a verbal commitment to UNLV. He'll either be a grayshirt for some school and enroll in January or he'll go to junior college."

He says he's going to stay in contact with Nebraska.

So he has academic issues?

He's an army brat that lived abroad, causing him to have some transfer issues. He's going to have to retake some stuff.

They are now saying he might graduate in December and be here for Spring if we offer and he commits.

He and Bonnell are looking like likely commits.

Is that why he is a 3 Star and not higher? Seems like a pretty good prospect.

RSS' insider (most reputable of anyone there that posts insider info) gave 100% guarantee of Mack and Bonnell committing.

That would be really good, but it looks like Bonnel wants to take his time. Didn't commit this week end as many "experts" predicted.

I'd say he hasn't been developed well, just plays on talent and motor.
