huskerstuckinmichigan
This guy Nancy Kerrigan This needs to stop, we are supposed to be classier than this. Don't forget, this was us just a few short weeks ago. These players are just kids and these rivalries mean everything to them. Quote Link to comment
JTrain
If it was Spoon I'd feel a little better about laughing. Quote Link to comment
cmb23
Geez...we can't even enjoy our first win on the road vs. a ranked opponent IN 12 YEARS even a little... Quote Link to comment

I know you guys are just blowing off steam, but this is a kid playing a game he gave his heart and soul to. Let's show some respect for his effort. You don't kick a man when he's down, especially if you've got an N on your gear. That's not what we're about. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
Geez...we can't even enjoy our first win on the road vs. a ranked opponent IN 12 YEARS even a little... Difference between enjoying it and rubbing it in. Remember Nebraska ain't in this to beat Missouri. It's about titles. Good step but this is small potatoes. Quote Link to comment
The Red & White Knight
man, that guy looked SO SAD. I've never seen someone look so sad on a football field. I felt bad for him, and my friend was shocked that I reacted by saying he looked SOOOO SAD. It was like he just found out his dog got run over or something. Rough deal. Quote Link to comment
JTrain
I do feel bad for (most of) their players. The fans, not so much. SO glad to be done with the Mizzou fans for the year (minus Fro of course). Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Geez...we can't even enjoy our first win on the road vs. a ranked opponent IN 12 YEARS even a little... What? Why? I'm enjoying the hell out of this win. I'm just not gloating about it. You've got a lot of energy, cmb. Focus that in a positive direction, don't tear your opponent down. We've been griping about Missouri fans coming in here and disrespecting our team for the past 15 days. Why should they care about respecting us if we don't respect them? And if we give them that respect and they still screw with us, that's on them. Imagine your reaction if a Hokie fan was doing this. You'd be livid, right? But look how they behaved - coming over here, congratulating us, being great sports. That's your example. The best of behavior, not the worst. Quote Link to comment
carlfense
Agreed with above. I feel bad for the kid. We're better than this. Quote Link to comment
Fuzzy
Well, as i don't agree with the picture comparison. Alexander does deserve to cry. The guy who says "Nebraska's Nebraska, We don't like 'em." Quote Link to comment
brotherofalatehusker
There are Husker fans who are FANS and then then there are those who claim to be "fans". I prefer to associate with FANS!!! Quote Link to comment
HuskersNC949597
Considering they were only down 1 score with over a minute left. . .you would never see a Nebraska player crying in that position. Just saying. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
Yeah, this is pretty classless. If anything, the picture goes to show just how much these games mean to the kids (on both sides). Quote Link to comment
