He started off by saying that our offense is stupid and weak. We have no leadership and our RB's carry the ball like they just bought a loaf of bread at the store. Really slammed Watson for the exaggerated play book. He said there is no reason for anybody to have that many plays. On Defense he said the only guy he sees playing lights out on every play is Phillip Dillard. He said he understands what it feels like to have his playing time taken away from him and doesn't want it to happen again. He thinks it's a joke that Redshirt Freshman get to suit up and stand on the sidelines. They have always made Redshirts sit in the stands with everybody else until they earned a position. He talked about how he feels that the coaches arn't praticing these guy's hard enough. He said their Tues, Wed pratices were always 30 minutes of 1's vs 1'vs, no green jersey's for anybody, beating the holy hell out of each other. Talked about how they practiced so hard and pshyical during the week that the games were a joke they were so easy. I'm not doing any justice to what he said. Check out the link when you can. I think he has good insights. It was interesting how he mentioned when Lee is getting flustered later in games and is changing the play he only tells the change to the player he is going to.
