rawhide
The fact that so many have made issue with the whole HOME game syndrome. The team won at HOME. yay Team game ball. Man, I haven't cussed so much at my TV since I don't remember but I am going to paint some pumpkins for blowing up with a few people's faces on them next weekend at our weekend shooting retreat Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
The game ball goes to the entire team. agree, the back ups played really well too...we have some depth, especially on D. Quote Link to comment
Chaddyboxer
Roy without question gets the game ball. Put aside the glamorous long TD runs, and the guy still had a heck of a game, with 100+ tough yards and several key first downs. That was probably the most brilliant performance I've ever seen in person by a running back. Defensively, there are so many guys to compliment. I have a FREAKING HUGE HEADACHE from screaming my ass off on that goal-line stand. I can't remember a time I was more proud of our defense. That was so crucially gutsy, and so improbable, that I'm amazed to have seen it happen. Hell of a stop, and at a crucial part of the game. Ciante Evans, that was a gutty performance in a fill-in situation. I'd like to know how many times Evans was targeted, and how many catches were made against him. The one I can remember clearly was a brilliant effort by the WR, but Evans still played it well. I think he has a very bright future ahead of him. Prince had a fine game. We ended up with six sacks against a team that had given up SEVEN TOTAL sacks all year. Yow. That statistic is just amazing. It says a lot about the fire our defensive line had today. They came out with a purpose. The blackshirts played well! Quote Link to comment
Army Husker
First, the defensive front 4. Not 3, but 4. Anyways, the line stepped up from out of nowhere. They get the ball. But I have to say. Everyone stepped up from the start. The Defense, the offense and the fans. Great game, and a test passed with ease. Uh...not really. Game ball goes to Roy and the secondary, undoubtedly. Yup, really... Quote Link to comment
Chaddyboxer
The goaline stand was prob. one of the coolest things I have seen as a Husker fan!! I am 24 years old and to see Blaine Gabbhurt get nailed and spun around at the goaline and being denied was purely amazing. Such a great feeling!!! Quote Link to comment

bmaher
Im giving it to Ciante Evans, he really stepped up and made some big plays after filling in for Dennard. I knew he would be good, but he played lights out today. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Helu on offense for his awesome performance Evans on D for stepping in and stepping up when Dennard went down. I feel so much better about the future of the secondary. Quote Link to comment
huskerfan702
I dont think it can be said enough how big ciante played today. He replaced an all-conference player and played just as good. Quote Link to comment
NebraskaShellback
I want it. I would have the team sign it and the coaches. The football would be put under a class case to remember the little tigers - so I won't forget. Quote Link to comment
