knapplc
That pic is great. What game is it from? Last year's bowl game. Here's the caption on the pic from Huskers.com: Mike Ekeler is a human pogo stick celebrating NU's 33-0 shutout of Arizona in the Holiday Bowl. Quote Link to comment

papersun87
We have coach Ekeler. He is nuts on every play it seems like. They put him in the press box now. False. He was on the sideline at ISU. That's because Jack Trice Stadium doesn't HAVE a press box. :laughpound I'll get my coat. Quote Link to comment

Enhance
I agree, OP, but at the same time, I really think this team should be motivated enough all on it's own right now. After the way we lost the Big 12 title game and the fact that we know we're going to get the best shot of every team we play this year, we should have PLENTY of motivation to go out there and beat every team we play. krc1995
paul rhodes looked like an idiot during the Nebraska game. like mentioned above, Dr Tom didnt go all loose cannon. Completely unnecessary in my book. I like Bo's energy, but going batsh#t isnt what Nebraska is all about. I completely agree with you You know what else I miss? Tom Rathman handing the ball to ref about a td. No flexing of muscles, dogpiles, breakdancing, etc. Why not act like you knew you were going to score? Quote Link to comment

papersun87
^Pssh, I'd be more worried about the ball after that. Mike Ekeler wears an athletic cup, not to protect himself, but the other team. Quote Link to comment

Ratt Mhule
There is another good one of Ekeler during the Washington game when Denard got his pick 6. It was in the OWH Quote Link to comment
craigsker
I think some emotion from a coach is the sign of a good leader. Look, players hear from a coach when he screws up. He also should hear from the coach when he does something right. Just my opinion. Quote Link to comment
