BIGREDIOWAN
It was great to hear the ovation that he recieved, he deserves it. Zac's a good kid and it sucks he got injured and ended his career the way he did. His passes had no oomph behind them from what I saw, but at least he completed them. Quote Link to comment
cscott2win
I'm glad that several Seniors got to not only play but contribute in their final game in Lincoln. Getting info on injuries out of Bo is not an exact science. Nile's injury during practice makes the news that same evening. Lee's injury happened when? Rumors have it that walls are stronger than fists! Just glad to see him get some snaps. Quote Link to comment
Hujan
i congratulate zac because he could have hung it up a long time ago. however, those of you saying his performance today was great should go back and re-watch the film. those throws were HORRIBLE. its obvious hes still hurting. The throw to Long on the run was about as nice a throw as I've ever seen Zac make. Had plenty of zip and was put only where Long could go up and get it. Quote Link to comment
Overland Park Husker
I was glad to see Zac get out there, but was disappointed they didn't let LaTravis have the final series. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
Lee is the kind of guy that makes you proud of the whole program. He has come a long way in his time here. It's too bad his senior season didn't work out quite the way he'd hoped, but these experiences will take him far in life. Plus, he'll always be a Husker. Quote Link to comment
Vizsla1
I wanted to see LaTravis as well, that was probably my biggest disappointment of the night. Quote Link to comment
Husker Richard
I wanted to see LaTravis as well, that was probably my biggest disappointment of the night. This. LTW is the ultimate team player. He deserved to get out there and get an ovation from the fans. Quote Link to comment
deedsker15
I heard that he couldn't play at the iowa st game because his hand was so bruised he could barely grip a football. Quote Link to comment

That place got pretty darn loud when he trotted out there... good to see/hear. Quote Link to comment
Micheal
really enjoyed seeing him out there. he deserved the big crowd reaction. definitely a team player. Quote Link to comment

Chaddyboxer
When Zac Lee took the field. I was very happy to see him take snaps as a senior during his last time in Memorial as a player. Dude....when he came in...the PLACE ERUPTED!!! I was stoked to see him come in and play! Quote Link to comment
Karsaire
I thought spano or washington came in and that's why the crowd was crazy. But I was elated to see zac lee out there and even more proud of our crowd for going nutz on his last couple of plays. Lee defines the good character that NU strives for. He worked his but off through tough times and didn't whine when he was asked to step down but continued to work hard. He didn't give excuses for being hurt but realized his task at hand and took it on even through criticism. Great work and many thanks for his playing time and mentouring. Quote Link to comment
Karsaire
not to mention he always seems ready to go when he's asked to give Quote Link to comment
omahahusker
Zac Lee's hair alone makes people smile. It's always hair-sprayed and ready. I mean look at it! Quote Link to comment
