The Dude
Jones attempted 62 passes in the Bedlam game. 62, that's ridiculous. Please coach Stoops stick with that game plan. PLEEEEEASE! How do you guys n gals think he'll do against the Blackshirt secondary? Quote Link to comment

How do you guys n gals think he'll do against the Blackshirt secondary? If we play up to our potential, that's the key, it could be a long day for Jones. I would rather face him than Weeden and Blackmon again to be honest. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
If OSU's secondary picked him off 3 times our secondary won't have any problem against him. I hope they try and stick to that gameplan. Their defense will give up some points so ours needs to play their best game of the season. Quote Link to comment

I Know OU will be tough, but I think we were fortunate to get out of Stillwater with a win. Their offense shredded us! Quote Link to comment
NUance
It won't be Landry that hurts us most. It'll be the laundry. The yellow laundry. Quote Link to comment
Malth
He looked sloppy on a lot of passes, I'd expect our secondary to eat him alive Quote Link to comment
Hujan
We are going to have to run the ball effectively and burn time off the clock. If we can score points relatively consistently and take time off the clock doing it, it will force OU to rely more on the pass . . . which will play right into our defense's hands (literally and figuratively). As "nuance" said, the real problem will be the referees. If they stay out of it, we're good to go. Quote Link to comment
mike011
I'm sure Jones has seen some improvement since last year, but keep this statistic in mind from the 2009 OU game. Jones was 26 of 58 with 5 picks. Quote Link to comment
Husker Richard
Don't forget the injury to DeMarco Murray last night. If he's unable to go Sat it bodes well for our secondary and defense in general. Quote Link to comment

Jskers95
They won't throw the ball that many times against our defense. I'm guessing they will keep it on the ground. This game is going to come down to field possession. Quote Link to comment
Nomaha
I think it comes down to whether or not the D-line can pressure Landry. If they can, I think NU will do well. If they can't, NU is in for a very tough game. Quote Link to comment
Hercules
It's pretty much the same OU offense as last year, really. I think they've improved, but not drastically. Their offensive line has probably shown the most improvement, but they still struggle at times. This isn't like going up against the OSU offense again. Remember, even we torched OSU's defense for 51 points, right after scoring 6 on Texas. Quote Link to comment
