Nexus
Congrats, Ameer! Glad to hear 3 of his brothers and his dad were at the game to witness this last night. College Football Performance Awards include PUR's Carson Wiggs as National Kickoff Specialist, NEB's Ameer Abdullah as National KR of Week LINK Quote Link to comment
n.e.husker
Well deserved. I liked Bo's reaction on the sideline, he had know idea cause he was coaching up the D. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
Well deserved. I liked Bo's reaction on the sideline, he had know idea cause he was coaching up the D. His expression was hilarious! He kept looking back towards the bench to see if the player was still there then looked around trying to find him. Quote Link to comment

huskyhusker33
What a big return at a crucial time in a game. Huge moment for a freshman. Abdullah had a great game and made a huge impact getting this W! Quote Link to comment
The Dude
That move on the 27-yard-line is just filthy. Quote Link to comment
Malth
Well deserved, he's played well the past 2 games. Everyone is high on Turner (me included), but this kid is just as an exciting player. Def looking forward to his development. Quote Link to comment
Husker Richard
That move on the 27-yard-line is just filthy. Ya it was. Did anyone notice that he came real close to fumbling it as he was tackled into the end zone? I don't think he was expecting to get hit. Regardless, there was nothing but Huskers around to recover it, but it could've gone out the end zone for a Fresno St. touchback. That play was so crucial to momentum. You could tell on every return that he was so close to breaking it. It just seemed inevitable that he would break one. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
I'm trying to remember the last time I saw someone on a Husker team that had the same ability to make the first man miss as him. Quote Link to comment
NUance
I'm trying to remember the last time I saw someone on a Husker team that had the same ability to make the first man miss as him. That would be Porkchop. Cory Ross had an uncanny ability to make the first guy miss. Quote Link to comment
robsker
That move on the 27-yard-line is just filthy. No doubt! The second replay perspective where the camera was behind the defender on that play sort of put us (the viewer) in that defenders shoes... what a move... I too would have been moving right when Ameer went left --- and would have been completely faked out. That was an awesome move. Can't blame that defender, he had no chance. Quote Link to comment

NUance
Awesome awesome run. Take a look at the blocking too. VERY impressive blocking on that TD return. Quote Link to comment
308_Husker
He said after the game that he started cramping at the 45 yard line, which is why he laid in the endzone for a while. I wouldn't doubt it; Abdullah made that guy look stupid. Quote Link to comment
