Shore up the line and we might have a top 5 offense in the country. Not too many impressive running backs or quarterbacks in the Big Ten when you get down to it. There is Braxton Miller, but he isn't a true passer and lacks a counterpart, and the same can be said about Devin Gardner if he pans out as a good quarterback.
