Moiraine
I was just curious so I decided to look this up. These are the final AP and Coaches' rankings after the bowl games. If it says "team rank," both polls were the same. People complain a lot about how much we're paying him. According to this we are overpaying him, but not by an extravagant amount, imo. 2008: N/A 2009 pay rank: N/A 2009 team rank: 14th 2010 pay rank: 21st 2010 AP rank: 20th 2010 Coaches' rank: 19th 2011 pay rank: 14th 2011 team rank: 24th 2012 pay rank: 13th 2012 AP rank: 25th 2012 Coaches' rank: 23rd 2013 pay rank: 17th 2013 team rank: ? HuskerMack
You cant judge if you are overpaying by where you are ranked at the end of the year. There are way to many factors involved. Quote Link to comment
ZRod
You can't judge our defensive performance by total yards given up, there are way to many factors involved. 2 Quote Link to comment

beanman
I don't know. $7900 per days seems like we'd be overpaying anyone in that position. I'd like to see the wealth distributed more with the assistance in general, not just with us. Kind of makes you wanna puke when you see someone making that much money. Quote Link to comment

Obviously this is oversimplified and people can pick whatever damn stat they want to compare it to. Quote Link to comment

NOW, if we can work on those blowouts that sends everyone into full retard mode. Quote Link to comment

Hooked on Huskers
I remember a long time ago as I was an UNL student, few signs outside union campus protest for proposed $200K T.O. salary including incentives.....I think regents decision. I'd confess a little bit too high. This year was 1984 or '85 ish. How about Bo's total salary? $3M? Quote Link to comment
