Thanks_Tom RR
Says our facilities are the best he's seen. Says the schools at the top of his list right now are Texas, Oklahoma, Oregon State and Nebraska. Going to the Whorns spring game as well. This would be a solid pick up. Hopefully, coaches start push more for this guy. Quote Link to comment

Going to the Whorns spring game as well. Well, the Beavers facilities aren't anything special. Nice but not on par with NU's. I would say OU and Nebraska have pretty similar facilities. I think Texas may be a little nicer. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Says we're recruiting him pretty hard and he'll probably be back for another visit - either this summer or an OV in the fall. The schools he likes the most right now are us, Texas, Oklahoma and Oregon State (no order). Quote Link to comment

Mavric
247 Bolt: MISSOURI CITY, Texas - Four-star linebacker Cameron Townsend admits that he's leaning Texas for now but said Nebraska and assistant Ross Els are making a strong push. Townsend attended Nebraska's Red-White game in April and he came away impressed by the facilities and the program. After talking with some signees and commits, Townsend said Nebraska is on the short list for an official visit so he can see a big game atmosphere. Nebraska has Townsend high on its linebacker board and see him as a WILL linebacker. Despite a groin injury, schools are coming in droves to see Townsend. He's missed most of the spring but plans to be back for 7-on-7. Townsend is ranked No. 240 in the 2015 class. Quote Link to comment

Thanks_Tom RR
No longer ranked by Rivals, still :star :star Quote Link to comment
Thanks_Tom RR
Townsend has already starting thinking about officials. Not set, but considering Oklahoma, Nebraska, Northwestern, Missouri, Kansas. He has a lean to Texas right now, but we would be in his top 3, with Oklahoma being the third program. Quote Link to comment
Vince R.
watch David Santos high school film and you will see the exact same player. Hopefully wherever this kid goes he will stay slighter in stature. These are the body types that do not adjust well to decent weight gain. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Expecting to take his OVs early this fall and decide by the end of October. Nebraska, Oregon State and Texas are three that are expected to get visits. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
Committed to Texas Quote Link to comment
chamrocck
This kid was recruited by Bray when he was at Oregon St. May be worth a second look. TX appears to be in the toilet and plus they landed some other LB's in their class. LB is a need for us. Quote Link to comment
Treand3
I wouldn't be against it. Quote Link to comment
