What is wrong with Christianity? And Christians?

you guys are doing a good job painting christianity by the lowest possible common denominator

 

Frankly, "Christians" do a good enough paint job on their own. We're just commenting on their "artistry".

 

And yes, there are good Christians out there that do their faith proud by living the lifestyle and simply being a good person. But thanks to the recent increase of religious zealotry in politics and acceptance of hypocritical lifestyles (read: Southern Baptists in Texas), they're few and far between anymore.

This guy, a Chief Justice for the state of Alabama, does Christianity no favors. He's most certainly not in the minority as he's an elected judge and with his views he clearly should not be in such a position of such power.

Heh, that's an interesting perspective. I guess he's free to believe that if he wants. And the citizens of Alabama are free to have him as their Chief Justice. If they want.
