zoogs
That's pretty good business, considering the Patriots already held the 97 and 101st picks. Of course, it all hinges on how you use them. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
So the Broncos draft two corners from Tulane and pick up Trevor Siemian. Kind of a 'meh' draft, imo. Quote Link to comment

ADS
Washington having 4 players drafted from their defense is mind blowing. They either had a terrible offense that put them in bad spots or awful coaching. Maybe a combo of both. Quote Link to comment

Mavric
Total Picks by School and Conference Florida State leads with 11. Not surprising. Louisville is second with 10. Very surprising. tOSU leads B1G with 5. MSU 4 and Minny had 4. Iowa, Michigan, NU, Penn State all with 3. Maryland, Northwestern, Rutgers and Wiscy had 2. SEC leads with 54 picks. ACC next with 47 then Pac-12 (39), B1G (35) and Big XII (25). Quote Link to comment

Yet they only go 9-4 last season, losing to a 5-win Virginia team. How could Louisville have so much talent yet be just so-so? Quote Link to comment
GSG
Cowboys sign La'el Collins to deal IRVING, Texas -- The Dallas Cowboys have reached a deal with undrafted free-agent offensive lineman La'el Collins, the team said Thursday. The Cowboys fully guaranteed the three-year, $1.65 million deal, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. After meeting with Collins on Wednesday night at Jerry Jones' Highland Park home, the Cowboys were able to come to the agreement on Thursday. Collins was viewed as a first-round pick entering last week's draft, but went undrafted when his name was linked to an investigation into the murder of his pregnant former girlfriend. 1 Quote Link to comment

I wonder if they have a clause about the investigation, and possible murder? What if he escapes prosecution due to a technicality? Would they want a guy like that on their team if they thought he'd killed his girlfriend? OTOH, Ray Lewis. Quote Link to comment
