Saunders
Nebraska Cornhuskers 2015 Preview and Prediction Nebraska football needed a culture change heading into 2015, and in new coach Mike Riley, the Cornhuskers have that. Nebraska traded the abrasive, tightly wound Bo Pelini for the former Oregon State coach who is known for being one of the most relaxed coaches in a profession marked by Type A personalities. Whether Riley can deliver different results from his predecessor remains to be seen. Nine and 10 wins became the norm for Pelini, yet that was a mark Riley hit only once since 2008. http://athlonsports.com/college-football/top-25/nebraska-cornhuskers-2015-preview-and-prediction#sthash.NCl5E9l7.dpuf And so it begins... 1 Quote Link to comment
Saunders
The magazine version has us going 8-4 overall, and 5-3 in conference. Quote Link to comment
True2tRA
The magazine has Wisconsin losing 2 in conference. Minnesota losing 3 in conference and Nebraska losing 3 in conference. 6-2 5-3 5-3 We can't all lose to each other? Let's say Nebraska loses to Wiscy and Minnesota. Who is our other conference loss and who is Wisconsin's two and Minnesota's three? Is this magazine picking a lot of upsets in conference or what? I'm just trying to figure out a scenario where these three teams lose that many conference games. Quote Link to comment
Saunders
Yeah, IDK how they do their formula, or if they even have one to be honest. Since Wisconsin doesn't play anyone with a pulse from the East, they'd have to lose 2 games out of Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, and Northwestern. That just makes the 5-3 picks for NU and Minn crazy. Mavric
Athlon staff pick Huskers schedule game by game Their five guys ranged from 10-2 to 8-4. One guy picked us to lose to BYU. One guy picked us to lose to Rutgers. All the other losses were Miami, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan State. Interesting that none had us losing to Iowa. The guy that picked us 10-2 had our two losses to BYU and Miami. Quote Link to comment

Red Five
The guy that picked us 10-2 had our two losses to BYU and Miami. Interesting. I can imagine the handwringing that would go on with a 1-2 start, but I think we all would take that scenario as it means the team improved throughout the year and went 8-0 in the B1G. teachercd
http://athlonsports.com/college-football/nebraska-football-game-game-predictions-2015 Looks like most of these experts expectations are for right around 9 wins...I think that is a bit low but it is nice to see mostly decent expectations as it should be. Scratchtown
Kevin McGuire picks NU to lose the opener vs BYU, and @Miami. Then run the table the rest of the way? Good grief. I hope thats the case in big 10 play. I don't see NU losing to BYU AND Miami. One, maybe but not both. Quote Link to comment
TGHusker
More likely we lose to MSU & Wisc than losing to BYU and Miami. Of the 2 - I see Miami as the more difficult being at their place. I'd love to see us run the table in conf but see that as highly unlikely. Quote Link to comment
