I can't figure out if he thinks Mexico has terrible laws because they have people coming here or that they have amazing laws, like Canada that keeps people from coming here.  At the end of the day his staff must drink a lot.

I’m confused. 

 

I’ve heard a lot of experts talking about how we aren’t seeing the affects of the tariffs yet because they aren’t emoluments yet. 

 

Now hes he’s bragging that with the tariffs the prices are down. 

 

Does he know how these work?
