As for reasons: 2 - we already mentioned 3 - housing bubble looks likely especially in some of the larger markets (here in Denver the prices have been rising fast) 6 - already happened and the effects take some time to occur (good or bad) 10 - where has all the leverage from the financial crisis gone? Some saying car loans could be the next bubble, or payday lending, or probably something we don't see coming. Maybe we just witnessed #5. Link to comment
Danny Bateman
On that same note, BRB, Trump & the GOP own this. The sad thing is this is a direct result of their policies, because Kliff's second tweet is essentially a feature, not a bug, of their plans for healthcare. Link to comment
Danny Bateman
Trump's got to own this, too, right? After all we all know he was responsible for the Dow soaring to all time highs! Link to comment

NM11046
All I know if if he/anyone had a lawyer that was capitalizing on making money off his access to him and he didn't know it and found out via the news he'd be losing it. His silence on Cohen is deafening. 1 Link to comment
