For whatever reason cursing always cracks me up when it's not done in a mean way, especially if it's from an authority figure. I had a professor once who cursed all the time in front of the whole class and it was hilarious. Link to comment

Even in the teacher's lounge? I'm not surprised though. That's a unique work environment. And I think it's probably the right thing to fire a teacher who talks that way to a student. Sadly the lounge has become a different place....years ago you could smoke, make fun of students and parents...that is no longer the case...It is now more of a "oh really...you mowed your lawn on Sunday instead of Friday?" type of place. That's sad I always imagined it as a place where you scheme to get the principal fired so you can take his place and then meet the guy you're most jealous of in the almost-afterlife.
