TGHusker
Frost speaks some strong words about the team - of their lack of desire, discipline, and leadership. Seems like the MR guys are just riding out their time and Scott knows it. 3 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
Apparently someone asked Frost about sleep, he didn't just volunteer that bon mot. Quote Link to comment

But yeah, it's weird to have comments like being in a better place when Martinez and Farniok are seniors. Which, first of all, will be next year for Farniok and the year after for Martinez so not sure which year we're talking about. Maybe that's all about them growing as leaders in the future, but it's hard not to see it as a dig at some of the current upperclassmen. 2 Quote Link to comment

A couple years ago we had people on here complaining about Bo always blaming the players for lack of execution and never owning that the staff has some fault in the losses, then we get MR and those same people were complaining about how he is too nice and doesn't hold the players accountable. Now we have a coach, who is critical about both the players and the coaching staff (yes he has owned that they coaching staff hasn't always been on point) but has a lot more tact then Bo ever dreamed about having, yet there are still lots of people complaining about how he ruining team chemistry! I'm not saying it's all sunshine and rainbows but goodnight people, give Frost credit, he represents the program extremely well and is trying to rebuild the program the right way, not the way that will get the program in trouble with the NCAA (kinda like what happened to Ole Miss). Give the dude time, anyone with a brain has said we are still at least a couple years away from being able to compete for BIG championships. 6 2 Quote Link to comment
Husker03
You can't want a coach to call a spade a spade and then get mad when he says it's a spade. 6 2 Quote Link to comment

Certainly don't see that being the case in JD Spielman, Jack Stoll, or Kade Warner. Maybe it's defensive players that this is an issue with. Quote Link to comment

Think there's some guy's on the other side of the ball that might fit into that narrative Quote Link to comment

Interesting that it's the side of the ball Frost says he doesn't coach. Think there's a correlation there? 1 Quote Link to comment
